Each game hosted on the dk66 platform is governed by its own game-specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of matters directly relating to gameplay. These Terms shall prevail in respect of all other matters, including but not limited to account management, payments, and prohibited conduct.
A bet or wager placed on dk66 is not accepted until confirmed by the dk66 system and a confirmation reference is issued. dk66 reserves the right to refuse any bet or wager without giving a reason. Bets placed after an event has commenced (in the case of pre-match betting) or after the applicable betting window has closed (in the case of live in-play betting) will be void and any funds deducted will be returned to the player's Account.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or obvious pricing error, dk66 reserves the right to void bets placed in connection with the error, regardless of the outcome. Sports betting markets on dk66 are settled based on the official result of the relevant sporting event as determined by the relevant governing body. In the event of event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, bets may be voided in accordance with the specific rules applicable to that market. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude dk66's liability for: (a) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (b) death or personal injury caused by negligence; or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
